London Heathrow
The driver will collect you from the hotel lobby and if requested, will assist with luggage. Passengers will be taken to the Heathrow terminal of their choice. The minibus will only visit the hotels required by passengers onboard thereby saving unnecessary stops or delays. On arrival at the terminal door at Heathrow, your driver will direct you the check-in area for your flight.
London Gatwick
From your London hotel, you will be transferred by shuttle to Victoria Station where you will be greeted by a representative and escorted to a special carriage on the Gatwick Express Train. Assistance with baggage will be provided whre necessary.
Upon arrival at London Gatwick, you will be met and assisted with your luggage and escorted to the main departure concourse in the South Terminal. Passengers departing from the South Terminal will be shown to the check-in area and those leaving from the North Terminal will be directed to the check-in desks.

On arrival at Victoria Station in Central London, a representative will meet you, provide assistance with your luggage where necessary and will take you to the main departure area. Your luggage will be loaded onto the shuttle and you will be driven to your London Hotel.
